At Conglomerate Basketball, we strive to provide high-quality basketball programs and experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for club services, events, and merchandise.
1. Membership Fees

Non-Refundable: Club membership fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover administrative, facility, and staffing costs.

Exception: If a refund is requested within 7 days of initial registration and before any participation, a partial refund may be considered at the club’s discretion (minus a processing fee).
2. Training Sessions / Clinics / Camps

If a participant cancels at least 48 hours before the start of a session, a credit or partial refund may be issued.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refunds.

If the club cancels a session (e.g., due to weather or low enrollment), participants will receive a full refund or credit.
3. Tournaments / Events

Registration fees for tournaments or special events are non-refundable unless:

The event is cancelled by the club

The participant provides written notice at least 7 days prior to the event, in which case a credit or partial refund may be offered

4. Merchandise

Merchandise (e.g., jerseys, apparel, gear) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging

The item was not customized (e.g., name or number added)

Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Injury or Medical Withdrawal

If a participant must withdraw from a program due to illness or injury, we may offer a pro-rated credit or partial refund with valid documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Credits may be applied immediately to future club offerings.
