About us

The Conglomerate Unit is a high performing basketball association constructed to enable, enhance, and advance your game. Above and beyond a team or training camp — we are a movement committed to build future through sport.

Who We Are

Established by Coach Naison, a visionary and highly motivated coach who has a profound interest in the development of athletes, The Conglomerate Unit was formed to fill the gap between natural talent and actual opportunity. With extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and program establishment, Coach Naison developed this platform to equip athletes with the necessary tools, training, and exposure to succeed — both on and off the court.

Our programs provide top-level basketball instruction, pro league experience, competitive tournaments, and high-energy youth camps for players at all levels of their career.
